This is an interesting bit of a dialogue, because it’s saying that the thing that causes the fantasies is magic — or at least, that’s what Tattoo believes. Usually it’s just:

Hahaha, this gangster guy is the gangster from “A Piece of the Action”. And Captain Crocodile is the other gangster.

I think I must have seen some of the end of this show on TV; I don’t remember any specific bit, but I think I saw Joey, because I remember looking this kid up, because I thought he looked familiar, but it didn’t seem like he was in anything I would have remembered him from. But there was this picture of him on his IMDb page of him in the Brady Bunch kitchen with Mr. C, and I definitely remember that.
